Late 1990s: Brand and Product Categories Take Shape. In its early stages, the company registered core trademarks such as "Giant," "Yinghuameng," and "Red Lotus." Early production lines mainly covered sewing kits and basic plastic products. Subsequently, it quickly entered the shoe polish and leather care market, laying the foundation for subsequent OEM/ODM business based on solid quality.

1995-2000

Joint Venture Established.
1995: Joint Venture Established. On December 28th, Jiangyin Yinghuameng Household Products Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established. The company was a joint venture between domestic capital and Hong Kong Xingzhen Trading Co., Ltd., with an initial registered capital of US$200,000. The factory was located in Yuecheng Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, a region known for its developed manufacturing industry.
Capacity Expansion and Overseas Expansion Phase
Mid-2000s: Large-Scale Development and Foreign Trade Dominance. The factory area gradually expanded to over 8,000 square meters, introducing modern blow molding lines and fine chemical filling equipment. Leveraging the well-established supply chain advantages of the Yangtze River Delta, the company established a foreign trade export-oriented model, with products beginning to be sold on a large scale to North America, South America, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.

2015

Full-scale development of B2B online channels.
The company officially entered international B2B e-commerce platforms (such as Alibaba International Station), accelerating the expansion of overseas B-end customers through online channels and connecting with global daily chemical OEM demand.
Technology and patent layout.
Continuous micro-innovation in the traditional shoe polish field. For example, in September of the same year, a utility model patent was applied for for "a spray-type no-rub shoe polish device with a drying structure," further enhancing the product's premium pricing power in overseas end-user markets.

With the explosive growth of cross-border e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Jiangyin Sakura Dream has transformed into an invisible supply chain driver behind numerous niche skincare brands in Europe and America. Its OEM products, such as "Sneaker Foam Cleaning Kits" and shoe polish, which are frequently repurchased, have seen a surge in shipments in overseas markets.
